I use a hotel as a measure of what I should stock. Coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar. I have a coffee maker and French press for coffee. No food, stores are all around my unit. I have a plate setting for 6 and glass. 

Cups and glasses, full metal silverware. Microwave and toaster, pans, and full stove. We provide linens and towels, personally we do not like " bring your own". My guests should not have traveled with their house to stay at my location. 

Kitchen: dinnerware for 6, spices, foil, cling wrap, storage bags, salt pepper packets, ketchup packets, sugar and stevia packet, sweet n low packets, keurig pods, every gadget for cooking that I can think of and no one has complained.  Hair dryer is a must!

I also think a coffee pot is a must.

I stock basic coffee and a variety of tea. It’s inexpensive and just feels more homey.
